Key Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices that address the unique needs of each client.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions, adapting modalities and interventions specific to the client population.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards concerning client records and treatment documentation.
• Regularly review and modify treatment plans, ensuring they remain effective and relevant based on the client's progress and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• A valid and active license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC issued by the State of California.
• Over three years of hands-on experience providing diagnostic assessments and therapeutic interventions across different age groups.
• Strong organizational abilities and a collaborative spirit to enhance team dynamics.
