Therapeutic Clinician - Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - Remote Role in Las Vegas

Chrysalis Health Counseling is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time remote position based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, allowing flexibility while maintaining strong connections with clients and colleagues. You will work from the comfort of your own home, conducting sessions via telehealth platforms that ensure confidentiality and ease of access. Our outpatient office atmosphere promotes a collaborative spirit, where regular team meetings and professional development opportunities enhance the quality of care we provide to our clients. The full-time schedule typically includes working Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage clients in therapeutic sessions to address various mental health challenges including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and communication barriers.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to clients’ specific needs, strengths, and personal values.
• Create a safe and trusting environment that encourages open dialogue, ensuring clients feel supported and understood during their therapeutic journey.
• Maintain detailed documentation that reflects clients' progress and the interventions utilized throughout their treatment.
• Facilitate collaborative discussions with other mental health professionals and case managers to provide a holistic approach to client care.
• Serve as a first responder for clients experiencing crises, providing immediate support and intervention when necessary.
• Continually enhance your clinical skills by participating in training sessions and pursuing specialized certifications in areas such as trauma-informed care, adolescent therapy, or couples counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LMFT at Chrysalis Health Counseling, you will work with a diverse population consisting of individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds and walks of life. You will assist clients facing a range of mental health issues, enhancing your practice by engaging with unique perspectives that inform your therapeutic approach. Your insights will aid families in strengthening their ties, and helping individuals gain resilience against life’s challenges.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid licensure to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment, diagnostic evaluation, and case management processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Experience in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet individual client needs.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience working as an LMFT.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methodologies.
• Specialization in areas such as trauma therapy, adolescent therapy, couples therapy, or integrative approaches to mental health.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
