Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing flexibility in your work location while still providing the necessary support to our clients. However, you will be an integral part of a collaborative outpatient team that meets regularly to ensure comprehensive care is delivered to our clients. The work hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, fostering a balanced work-life equation for our employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic support to clients dealing with varying challenges, such as trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, grief, and communication issues.
• Conduct thorough assessments to craft individualized treatment plans reflective of each client's unique needs and values.
• Create and maintain a welcoming, safe, and affirming environment that encourages trust and open dialogue among clients.
• Document all clinical interventions and progress notes accurately to monitor patients’ treatment effectively and support ongoing care.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including clinicians and case managers, to deliver a holistic and integrated approach to client care.
• Provide urgent support and crisis intervention to clients as necessary, ensuring their immediate needs are met and connected to further resources if needed.
• Engage in continuous professional development by exploring areas of special interest, such as adolescent therapy, couples counseling, or trauma-informed care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will support in this role range from individuals struggling with personal challenges to couples facing relational difficulties and families experiencing systemic issues. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Candidates must possess a valid license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Nevada.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and case management skills are essential.
• Proficient in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions that align with contemporary clinical practices.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of work experience in a clinical setting focused on therapy for individuals, couples, and families is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
