Work Environment

Our work setting is primarily remote, supplemented by an outpatient office for in-person sessions as needed. This hybrid model allows our therapists to maintain a healthy work-life balance while also providing flexibility in how they engage with clients. You will be equipped with the necessary technology and resources to conduct effective virtual therapy sessions, including proficiency with telehealth platforms. Your regular working hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized, client-centered treatment plans that promote healing and personal growth.
• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and systemic approaches.
• Engage in regular case consultations with other professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care, facilitating teamwork and collaboration.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with ethical standards while ensuring all documentation meets state regulatory requirements.
• Effectively use telehealth technology to deliver therapy sessions remotely, accommodating a range of client needs and preferences.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including adults, youth, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Your insights and interventions will directly impact their emotional health, social connections, and overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• An active LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in the state of Oregon is mandatory to provide legally compliant therapeutic services.
• Proven experience in mental health care, particularly in assessment, treatment planning, and providing therapy in a clinical setting.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in virtual therapy settings, are crucial for building rapport and ensuring that clients feel understood and supported.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience working with relationships and family dynamics is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with online therapy platforms and electronic health record systems will enhance your efficiency and effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits
