Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to diagnose mental health disorders accurately.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, integrating evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to their unique needs.
• Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions using established techniques, with an emphasis on fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records concerning client progress and treatment outcomes to track effectiveness and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Provide ongoing support for individuals facing mental health challenges and/or substance use disorders, assisting them in navigating recovery pathways.
• Engage in staff meetings, training, and peer consultation to enhance professional development and ensure continuity of care.
• Contribute positively to our workplace culture through teamwork, accountability, and shared goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be working with a diverse client population, including individuals and families experiencing various mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in therapeutic settings.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
