Position Overview

Polara Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team remotely while serving the Spokane, Washington community. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home while maintaining a schedule that honors your client needs and personal flexibility. Your hours will primarily be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., supporting a healthy work-life balance. You will have access to various digital tools and telehealth platforms that empower you to deliver therapeutic services effectively wherever you are located.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, establish diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, providing individualized therapy that encompasses individual, couples, and family sessions.
• Document each session meticulously, following company protocols for treatment plans, diagnostic assessments (DAs), and clinical case notes.
• Facilitate and engage creatively in therapy sessions, employing innovative techniques that encourage client growth and achievement of therapeutic goals.
• Collaborate with case managers, medical professionals, and family members to ensure comprehensive care and effective service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base includes children, adolescents, couples, and families facing a myriad of mental health challenges. You will work closely with clients who are dealing with issues related to addiction, mental health disorders, and familial conflicts, ensuring a holistic approach to each individual's therapy. The diverse demographics of our clientele reflect the vibrant community of Spokane, emphasizing the need for culturally responsive and accessible mental health services.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
• Current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Washington.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey treatment plans and interact with clients.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients, demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
• Experience working with a diverse population and familiarity with addressing the unique needs of various client backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in mental health documentation, including compiling diagnostic assessments (DAs) and treatment plans.
• Comfort with direct fee collection at the time of service delivery.
• Background in utilizing telehealth services as a primary means of client interaction.
• Experience facilitating group therapy sessions and family interventions.
