Work Environment

This position offers a fully remote work setting, providing you with the flexibility and autonomy to manage your schedule while offering support to clients throughout the Washington area. You will leverage technology to conduct therapy sessions via secure video conferencing software, facilitating a safe and effective therapeutic experience for your clients. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive, trusting relationships with clients to foster a safe therapeutic environment.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop tailored treatment plans that address individual client needs.
• Conduct regular counseling sessions with individuals, couples, and families, applying therapeutic techniques that suit each client’s circumstances.
• Continuously evaluate patient progress and modify treatment interventions as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, referring clients to specialists when additional support or services are required.
• Stay informed about the latest evidence-based practices in therapy, particularly in areas of substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Document all patient interactions comprehensively, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and relevant state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your capacity as an LMFT, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and other mental health conditions. Our community health clinic serves a wide range of demographics, which allows for a richly varied therapeutic experience. Qualifications

• Possession of an active and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is a plus.
• Demonstrated understanding of evidence-based practices pertaining to mental health and substance abuse.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• A commitment to continuous personal and professional growth.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting providing psychotherapy.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems is advantageous.
• A background working within a community health setting, particularly with at-risk populations, is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Grow Therapy Care Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000–100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including:
