Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at our organization, you will have the opportunity to:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand the unique mental health challenges of your clients and create tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based techniques that promote personal growth and emotional wellbeing.
• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients and regularly assess their progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain detailed client notes and treatment plans utilizing our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve engaging with a diverse client base, including adults, and/or children and adolescents, each seeking support for various mental health concerns. You will have the chance to work with individuals facing challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues, providing you with a rewarding experience as you witness their journeys toward recovery.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in marriage and family therapy or a closely related field.
• A current license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Georgia.
• A demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare.
• At least two years of professional experience in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience

We value applicants with prior experience working with both adult and child/adolescent populations. Experience in various therapeutic modalities will be an asset, allowing you to meet the varied needs of clients. Additionally, familiarity with telehealth practices will enhance your effectiveness in this remote role.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, along with an enticing sign-on bonus. In addition to generous compensation, our therapists enjoy the following benefits:
