Work Environment

This position is fully remote, enabling professionals to maintain a healthy work-life balance while providing essential therapeutic services. The role involves working Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, where therapists collaborate with colleagues and receive ongoing support from our experienced leadership team. Our virtual platform facilitates seamless communication with clients, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients' mental health journeys. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Providing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through virtual platforms.
• Employing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).
• Documenting client progress accurately and maintaining confidential records in alignment with HIPAA standards.
• Engaging in continuous professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on individuals, couples, and families seeking support for a range of issues, including relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, communication challenges, and trauma. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse client backgrounds, providing an inclusive and affirming approach to therapy that prioritizes cultural competence and client empowerment.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A master’s degree in marriage and family therapy, social work, or a related field.
• Possession of an active LMFT license in the state of Oregon; candidates with LCSW or LPC licenses will also be considered.
• At least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience providing therapy to individuals and families.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trusting relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience

While the above qualifications are essential, the following experiences are highly desirable:

• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual therapy best practices.
• Experience in working with diverse populations, including LGBTQIA+ clients, and clients from varying cultural backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation and Benefits
