Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality individual, couple, and family therapy tailored to the needs of clients.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and modalities rooted in systems theory and trauma-informed care to guide therapeutic sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and social workers, to share insights and improve patient care.
• Participate in case consultations, clinical supervision, and ongoing training to enhance your therapeutic skills.
• Stay current on licensing requirements and professional developments through continuous education and participation in workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a varied client base that includes individuals and families facing different challenges such as relationship dynamics, life transitions, trauma, anxiety, and more. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and your role will be pivotal in addressing their unique needs. Your therapeutic approach will directly contribute to improving their emotional health and relationship satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Current Oregon LMFT license is mandatory.
• Strong foundational clinical skills and experience in systems theory, trauma-informed care, and family dynamics.
• A demonstrated passion for helping couples and families navigate their emotional challenges.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms to effectively deliver remote therapy services.
• Exceptional communication, time management, and self-motivating skills that help you manage your practice effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Experience using therapeutic tools and strategies on telehealth platforms.
• Background in crisis intervention and case management is preferred.
• Familiarity with community resources and referral systems beneficial for client assistance.

Compensation and Benefits

Hello there! As a token of appreciation for your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, our benefits package includes:
