Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health disorders using evidence-based practices tailored to each client's needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that take into account the unique circumstances of each patient, ensuring holistic and personalized care.
• Engage in regular counseling sessions with patients, both individually and in group settings, to provide the necessary support and treatment adjustments.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient progress, utilizing various tools and methodologies to track improvement and adjust treatment plans as required.
• Facilitate therapeutic interventions aimed at helping clients manage their symptoms, improve relationships, and foster emotional resilience.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for referrals, when necessary, and to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at our clinic, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role is critical in helping clients navigate these challenges in a supportive and constructive manner. This position is particularly suited for therapists who are passionate about advocating for mental health and supporting clients on their journey to recovery and growth.

Qualifications

• Valid state license as an LMFT in Oregon.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits
