Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks crucial to client care and development. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ongoing assessments of client treatment needs, ensuring that therapeutic approaches are tailored to meet individual objectives.
• Developing and implementing personalized service plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring active participation in their treatment journey.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Must hold a current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), with no disciplinary actions on the license.
• Ability to practice independently without supervision is essential.
