Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and compassionate psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, including their strengths and available resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's unique requirements.
• Implement therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care strategies to support client healing and growth.
• Craft and execute personalized treatment plans, defining clear goals and interventions to guide the therapeutic process effectively.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure a seamless and coordinated approach to client care, enhancing treatment efficacy.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment to ensure the safety and well-being of clients as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, enriching the therapeutic experience and providing clients with additional support structures.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to connect effectively with diverse client populations.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome applicants from various backgrounds, candidates with at least two years of experience in mental health or outpatient settings will find themselves best positioned to thrive in this role. Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with performance-based bonuses available as a way to incentivize exceptional contributions.
