Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health issues, tailoring treatment plans that address their specific needs.
• Provide individual therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities, drawing upon your unique skills to help clients achieve personal growth and well-being.
• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals and track progress, ensuring a client-centered approach that respects their journey.
• Engage in interdisciplinary teamwork, participating in case discussions that enhance treatment efficacy and promote holistic care.
• Document clinical sessions and client interactions in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LMFT, you will work with a diverse range of clients including adults, children, and adolescents facing various challenges. Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges between USD 80,000 and 101,000 annually, complemented by a competitive bonus structure based on productivity.
