Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to develop personalized therapy strategies that cater to their specific circumstances and needs.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing evidence-based approaches to promote effective communication and resolution of conflicts.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, adjusting as necessary to reflect clients’ progress and changing goals.
• Document all client interactions and treatment outcomes accurately to maintain compliance with professional standards and preserve client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and family dynamics. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is mandatory.
• An active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits
