Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for clients, utilizing the latest Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) as a reference.
• Provide short-term psychotherapy services, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, to address a variety of mental health needs.
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to deliver clinical services, ensuring a seamless experience for clients seeking support.
• Design and implement treatment plans based on clients’ unique clinical needs, considering factors such as urgency and suitable levels of care.
• Engage in collaborative consultations with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other clinicians to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Document clinical notes and maintain electronic health records to ensure compliance with both organizational and legal standards.
• Lead crisis intervention efforts when necessary, providing immediate support and resources to clients in distress.
• Participate actively in clinical team meetings and quality management activities to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our services target a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and families experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. As an LMFT, you will have the opportunity to work with clients from various backgrounds, utilizing tested modalities while exercising your clinical expertise to devise tailored interventions. You will also work extensively with clients dealing with dual diagnoses, requiring a nuanced approach to therapy and support.

Qualifications

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Psy.D license to practice in Pennsylvania.
• A relevant Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing psychotherapy, with a strong emphasis on telehealth methodologies.
• Proficient in electronic health records and telehealth platforms, ensuring smooth operational workflows.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in crisis intervention and brief therapy models is preferred, enhancing the responsiveness and adaptability of your therapeutic approach.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities that address various mental health issues within individual, family, and group therapy frameworks.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
