Work Environment

This position will be primarily remote, allowing you to conduct therapy without the constraints of a traditional office environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, couples, and family therapy sessions to a diverse client base, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and other evidence-based practices.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately diagnose mental health disorders in clients and formulate tailored treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Engage collaboratively with clients to establish treatment objectives, continuously monitoring progress and adjusting therapeutic approaches as needed.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention services, ensuring clients receive the appropriate referrals and resources in high-pressure situations.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records that adhere to state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring accuracy in documentation and compliance with best practices.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and supervision, staying updated on the latest therapeutic techniques and advancements in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a varied population including clients experiencing relationship difficulties, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Colorado is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, which reflects your experience and expertise in this essential role.
