Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and assessments of clients to accurately identify mental health needs and create targeted treatment strategies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the specific requirements of each client, ensuring that treatment aligns with their therapeutic goals.
• Administer psychotherapy and behavioral therapy sessions, integrating various therapeutic modalities as appropriate for client conditions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of clinical and progress notes in line with departmental policies and healthcare regulations, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop comprehensive treatment and discharge plans based on psychosocial assessments and established social work interventions.
• Assist clients with discharge planning, ensuring continuity of care by coordinating with various service providers throughout the region to facilitate their access to ongoing services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals and families seeking support for a range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship challenges, and crises. Our focus is to empower clients from diverse backgrounds by providing culturally sensitive care that respects and addresses their unique experiences and challenges.

Qualifications

• Hold an active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Demonstrated experience with a minimum of 3 years in an outpatient setting, ideally working with a diverse client base.
• Strong proficiency in computer skills, including word processing, email communication, spreadsheet management, and use of electronic medical records.
• Exhibit the ability to work independently, demonstrating self-direction, time management, and exceptional organizational skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and best practices for providing remote therapy services.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and interdisciplinary teamwork.
• Proficiency in providing evidence-based interventions tailored to specific client needs.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, we provide a robust benefits package that includes:
