Position Overview

Spectra Self Care Counseling Center is actively seeking dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our innovative team in providing high-quality psychotherapy services to clients. This remote, full-time position allows therapists to enjoy the flexibility of a work-from-home environment while enabling them to impact the mental health of individuals, couples, and families in meaningful ways. Work Environment

As a remote position, the work environment at Spectra Self Care Counseling Center is designed to support both personal and professional well-being. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations using the latest DSM, under the supervision of licensed psychologists or psychiatrists, to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide short-term psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based interventions, including individual, family, and couples therapy as well as group modalities and Intensive Outpatient Programs.
• Engage in crisis intervention and supportive therapy, offering skills training and strategies for stress management and addiction counseling.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring a collaborative approach to treatment planning and client outcomes.
• Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions and clinical decision-making in electronic health records, adhering to all regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and clinical team meetings to advance best practices and shared learning.
• Develop and present resources and workshops to enhance client engagement and recovery.
• Review complex cases and participate in case discussions with team members to ensure comprehensive treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, presenting a range of mental health needs including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships challenges, and dual diagnoses. Therapists at Spectra Self Care Counseling Center are expected to display cultural competency and adapt their therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client. Qualifications

• Must hold a valid LMFT license or Psy.D to practice in the state of Washington.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited institution.
• At least two years of experience delivering psychotherapy services, with a strong foundation in telehealth practices.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms essential for service delivery.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing psychological evaluations and developing treatment plans for a variety of mental health disorders.
• Background in crisis intervention and familiarity with addiction counseling approaches.
• Comfort in engaging with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate holistic treatment methods.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain client confidentiality while effectively contributing to collaborative decision-making.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 125,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
