Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to understand clients’ diverse mental health issues, which will guide the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including individual and group therapy sessions, designed to foster personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Facilitate collaborative therapy sessions, establishing and tracking therapeutic objectives that empower clients to achieve their mental health goals.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to effectively connect with clients who may face geographical or mobility barriers, ensuring equitable access to mental health services.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation as required by ethical standards, thereby supporting the continuity of care and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Engage in regular professional development, including attending workshops and seminars, to enhance clinical expertise and stay abreast of the latest research and trends in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary clientele will include individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Current state-issued LMFT license.
• A minimum of two years of full-time counseling experience, showcasing your ability to address a wide array of mental health concerns.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working specifically with couples, children, and adolescents, or within diverse communities, including clients of color and the LGBTQIA populace.

Compensation and Benefits
