Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, informing the development of effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions using tailored techniques and evidence-based practices to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate ongoing discussions with clients to set realistic therapeutic objectives, continually tracking their progress and adapting treatment approaches as necessary.
• Provide teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients, particularly for those facing mobility challenges or those in remote locations.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and updates in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in training sessions, workshops, and collaborative meetings to enhance your clinical skills and stay updated on industry trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Possession of a current, valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Demonstrated empathy, an understanding and nonjudgmental attitude towards clients, and a commitment to client welfare.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a varied caseload and complete administrative tasks efficiently.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in a clinical setting, providing therapy and support to diverse patient populations.
• Experience utilizing digital platforms and tools for teletherapy.
• Familiarity with employing various therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.
