Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive individual and family therapy assessments to inform treatment plans, ensuring that all client interactions align with ethical standards in psychology and counseling.
• Deliver ongoing therapy for individuals and families, focusing on improving relational dynamics and personal growth while documenting progress accurately in electronic health records.
• Facilitate therapy groups as scheduled, encouraging open dialogue and mutual support among participants to enhance the therapeutic experience.
• Develop and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with your patients, effectively balancing empathy with professional boundaries to create a safe therapeutic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LMFT at Silver Lake Psychological Recovery Center, you will work with a diverse client population including individuals, couples, and families. Our clients often present with a range of concerns, including relational conflicts, family dynamics, stress management, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

Preferred Experience
