Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges, formulating appropriate treatment plans based on established therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities designed to promote personal growth, improved emotional health, and increased self-awareness.
• Collaborate with clients to track their progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies as needed to ensure effective outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy solutions to support clients who may have mobility challenges or prefer virtual appointments.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions, complying with ethical standards to protect client confidentiality.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your clinical skills and stay informed on the latest trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, grief, and interpersonal relationship issues. You will work to establish a secure and trusting therapeutic relationship, allowing clients to feel safe while exploring their thoughts and emotions. Qualifications

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and build trust with clients.
• A deep understanding and appreciation of the unique experiences clients face, demonstrated through empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
