Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments with clients to identify mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources for a tailored approach to treatment.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting clear and achievable therapeutic goals to guide client progress.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care that meets the diverse needs of clients.
• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans as needed to address urgent client situations.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of client records.
• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enrich the therapeutic experience and foster community among clients.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
