Key Responsibilities

• Build trusting, therapeutic relationships with clients to create a safe space for open dialogue.
• Diagnose mental health conditions through comprehensive assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that consider the unique circumstances and needs of each client.
• Facilitate both individual and couple therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Conduct regular follow-up consultations to evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on client feedback.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, making referrals to specialists when needed to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LMFT at our center, you will provide support to a diverse clientele, including individuals and families grappling with issues such as anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship challenges, and trauma-related disorders. Your expertise will be essential in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, fostering resilience, and promoting healthier coping mechanisms.

Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Tennessee.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of family dynamics and the interplay between mental health and relational issues.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective client interactions and collaboration within a team.
• Proficient in using telehealth platforms to deliver therapy services.

Preferred Experience

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling or working with co-occurring disorders.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatments for substance abuse.
• A demonstrated ability to create systematic interventions that produce positive outcomes for clients.
• Prior experience working in community mental health settings is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
