Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular remote therapy sessions with clients via our secure online platform, ensuring a supportive and professional environment.
• Assess client needs to develop individualized treatment plans that identify specific mental health goals and strategies for achievement.
• Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment methods accordingly, employing evidence-based practices and feedback from clients.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date client records, documenting session notes, treatment plans, and progress updates in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and specialists as needed to provide holistic care, sharing insights and supporting comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Adhere strictly to state regulations and best practices concerning privacy and confidentiality in the delivery of mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve individuals and families seeking support for various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma. You will provide a space for clients to explore their feelings while equipping them with tools to help manage their mental health more effectively. Your role will significantly contribute to fostering long-lasting positive outcomes for clients, improving their quality of life and relationships.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Must hold an active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Demonstrated experience providing one-on-one and family therapy in a clinical setting.
• Strong proficiency and comfort with using technology for remote therapy sessions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with diverse populations and addressing various mental health issues.
• Prior experience in a telehealth setting or familiarity with digital health platforms.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, EMDR, or solution-focused therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
