Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via video chat, focusing on enhancing their mental health and emotional well-being.
• Encourage open discussions about clients' emotions and life experiences to foster introspection and personal development.
• Evaluate clients' mental conditions, craft individualized treatment plans, and employ solution-based approaches guided by your clinical expertise.
• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in defining their goals and navigating their therapeutic journeys.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in the field of marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele primarily consists of stable adults experiencing low acuity issues related to their mental health. You will work with individuals who are motivated to improve their self-awareness, relationships, and overall mental well-being. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• A valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential from a recognized state board; limited or provisional licenses are not acceptable.
• Strong ability to make professional evaluations, treatment planning decisions, and recommendations based on best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate, empathic nature.

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in marriage and family therapy or related fields.
