Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns and develop effective, tailored treatment programs.
• Provide individual therapy using evidence-based techniques designed to foster personal growth and well-being.
• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.
• Utilize teletherapy solutions to ensure accessibility for clients, especially those with mobility challenges or other barriers to in-person visits.
• Maintain strict documentation practices to uphold ethical standards and adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in mental health treatment, including specialized approaches for diverse populations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise will be vital in working with a diverse client base, including couples, children, teens, and families. You will have the opportunity to contribute positively to the mental health of individuals struggling with various issues while incorporating culturally responsive care practices. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Current LMFT licensure issued by the state of Washington.
• A minimum of 2 years of full-time counseling experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience working with couples, children, adolescents, and families is essential.

Preferred Experience

• Clinicians with a background working with culturally diverse populations, especially clients of color and the LGBTQIA community, are highly valued.
• Familiarity with teletherapy practices and virtual counseling tools.

Compensation and Benefits
