Work Environment

As a remote therapist, you will have the flexibility to work from home while connecting with clients through secure teletherapy platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental and emotional health needs, employing standardized tools and personal interviews.
• Develop tailored treatment plans outlining specific therapeutic goals and interventions for individual, couple, or family therapy.
• Provide evidence-based therapy techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy to address a broad range of issues.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records using our electronic health record (EHR) system, documenting progress and modifications to treatment plans as necessary.
• Facilitate crisis intervention and support clients through difficult emotional experiences, ensuring immediate needs are addressed and a safety plan is in place.
• Engage in continuous learning and development by attending workshops and peer consultations, contributing to the enhancement of your therapeutic skills and knowledge base.
• Collaborate with other health professionals within our network to ensure holistic care, referring clients to additional services as required.

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LMFT license to practice in Texas.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience providing therapy within an outpatient setting, demonstrating competence in handling complex cases.
• Strong knowledge of mental health diagnostics, treatment methodologies, and ethical practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating a compassionate and trusting relationship with clients.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while being proactive in meeting client needs and professional obligations.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in working with couples and families in crisis.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and related technologies.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus, enabling broader client outreach.

Compensation and Benefits
