Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges and strengths, integrating insights into treatment planning.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, clearly establishing goals and identifying appropriate interventions tailored to each client's needs.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and coordinated care for clients.
• Facilitate crisis interventions, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Create a welcoming and therapeutic environment that encourages client participation and comfort during sessions.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies, ensuring clarity and accountability in client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele includes individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds, each seeking support for various mental health concerns. You will work with clients experiencing challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. The focus is on promoting healing and growth by engaging clients in their treatment processes and empowering them to reach their mental health goals.

Qualifications

• A valid state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy in a clinical setting, demonstrating competence in treatment methodologies.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees are preferred and may be considered as additional qualifications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and foster a supportive therapeutic relationship.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to CBT, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused interventions.
• Familiarity with community health initiatives and resources in Fort Worth, Texas, is highly advantageous.
• Prior experience working in a remote setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we provide an attractive benefits package that includes:
