We offer five core solutions: Business Tax Prep & Filing Payroll Functions Advisory Services Individual & Personal Tax We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate recordkeeping for our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain financial accuracy while supporting the broader finance and tax team. The candidate must be a Quickbooks expert and have a desire to learn Intuit's AI Agents. Primary Responsibilities Record and reconcile daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank statements. Maintain and update general ledger accounts in accordance with established accounting procedures. Support month-end and year-end closing processes for clients. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies. Work closely with CPAs, tax preparers, and management to provide financial data as needed. Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members regarding billing, payments, and financial inquiries. Experience & Qualifications Proven experience as a bookkeeper, accounting clerk, or similar role. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset inquiries.
