Ultimate Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are seeking a dedicated therapist who enjoys helping residents improve functional abilities, regain independence, and build confidence through individualized therapy programs.

What You'll Do:

Evaluate residents and create personalized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide therapy focused on activities of daily living, upper extremity function, cognitive skills, and adaptive techniques
Help residents improve safety, coordination, endurance, and independence with daily tasks
Collaborate with nursing, rehab staff, physicians, and families to support patient-centered care
Track progress and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:

Active Occupational Therapist license required
