Executive Sous Chef (I/C of Banquets) Full Time – The Junto, Columbus, OH, US Requisition ID: 6619 | 6 days ago Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually This role is for a culinary leader who can elevate food experiences and drive kitchen operations in a high‑pressure environment. The Executive Sous Chef works closely with the Executive Chef to create innovative menus, manage inventory, mentor staff, and ensure quality and presentation of all dishes while maintaining cost controls and meeting revenue targets. Responsibilities Work closely with the Executive Chef to bring creative and innovative menu options. Direct daily kitchen activities, ensuring food quality and presentation. Bring innovative and thoughtful ideas for menu creation, testing, and perfecting recipes consistently. Manage food inventory, controlling stock and placing orders as needed. Supervise and mentor team members. Qualifications Prior experience as an Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine. Ability to work in a high‑pressure and fast‑paced environment while maintaining excellent service standards. Excellent attention to detail and highly organized.
