What You'll Do
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their security systems
* Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and email
* Troubleshoot alarm system issues and assist customers with basic system functions
* Coordinate and schedule service technicians when onsite support is needed
* Manage service requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution
* Work closely with technicians and internal teams to deliver a "white glove" customer experience

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
