Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator Duration: 6 Months (High likelihood of extension) Max Bill Rate: $55/hr on W2 ServiceNow PPM – MUST Position Summary The Project Coordinator will support approximately 45 Project Managers by managing project administration, ServiceNow PPM, project financials, resource assignments, work orders, and reporting. This is the first centralized PMO Coordinator role with potential team expansion based on success. Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable) 1. ServiceNow PPM (Mandatory) Minimum 1 year of ServiceNow PPM experience Experience with: Resource Management Resource Assignments Timecard Monitoring Cost Plans Expense Lines ServiceNow PPM is the #1 hiring priority. 2.
