As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll work directly with customers in the branch to process loan applications, accept payments, and assist in successfully managing their accounts. What You'll Do Greet and assist customers in person and by phone Process loan applications and payments Answer questions about accounts and loan options Work with customers to find solutions if they become past due Maintain accurate customer records Work with your team to meet branch goals What We’re Looking For Strong people and communication skills Dependable and organized Positive attitude and strong work ethic Customer service or retail experience preferred Ability to work beyond standard weekday hours if necessary to meet business goals Basic Computer Proficiency High school diploma or equivalent Benefits Monthly performance bonuses up to $1,300 Paid training Paid time off Opportunities for promotion Monthly Bonus Incentives All eligible customer service representatives have the opportunity to earn up to $1,300 additional monthly bonuses based on office performance.
