IT Specialist
U.S. Department of State
Duties
Serves as a Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) collaborating with Department stakeholders to ensure short-term and long-term strategic goals for IT software sourcing.
Serves as a Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) as required for assigned major contract(s) to potentially include any future agreements.
Carries out COR responsibilities as documented in the FAR and Department supplements.
Manages the Software Asset Management (SAM) program; SAM manages software that is identified and housed in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Serves as a senior DT Project Manager.
