Project Manager

Aegis is seeking a Project Manager to join our client's organization in Wheeling, IL. This position is an onsite role daily and is a 6 month contract to hire position. (Aegis offers benefits, accrual PTO and weekly paychecks while on the contract) The ideal candidate has the following skills & experience: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, or related field; open to new graduates! Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills with an interest in being customer-facing Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and following projects through multiple departments Demonstrated interest in building a long-term career in project management Nice to have: Manufacturing experience highly preferred for those already with project management experience Internship or professional experience in manufacturing, engineering, project coordination, construction, or another project-driven environment Understanding of BOMs, work orders, drawings, or manufacturing processes ERP experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Previous experience coordinating projects or customer orders from start to finish #J-18808-Ljbffr
