About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic and hands-on Vice President of Store Operations to spearhead the development of operational infrastructure in support of national growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence across all store locations, establishing and implementing scalable operating procedures and performance standards, and leading the development of General Managers, Store Managers, and field leadership teams. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in multi-unit retail operations, strong P&L ownership, and the ability to improve labor productivity, customer experience, and store profitability. The Vice President will also be instrumental in partnering with finance and merchandising on forecasting and operational planning, as well as supporting new store openings and market expansion initiatives. Applicants for the Vice President of Store Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive retail leadership experience, with a focus on multi-unit retail operations. The role demands a leader with a strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence organizational culture. A background in entrepreneurial, founder-led, or fast-paced growth environments is preferred, as is experience in supporting omnichannel retail initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to identify growth opportunities, build high-performing teams, and champion employee engagement and performance culture.
