Does that sound like you?The Opportunity with McKinstryThe Senior Operations Analyst – Strategic Procurement will develop and implement a centralized, enterprise-wide approach to management of the Group Purchase Procurement Options (GPO) and Master Service Agreement (MSA) programs and administer other procurement platforms. The Senior Operations Analyst – Strategic Procurement will be responsible for ongoing management and growth of the programs and coordination with business development to position them as robust sales tools.What You'll OwnAssume the administration of multiple Group Purchase Option platforms for our growing Energy & Technical Services, Service, and Construction teams.Develop and manage central information hub.Education of sales/business development and project teams on positioning and use of GPO.Coordination with operations teams on appropriately billing and managing payments to GPOs.Relationship management with GPO organizations.Tracking contract renewals and amendments.Responding to internal questions/problems, etc.Develop and administer a Master Service Agreement (MSA) management program.Develop and manage central MSA catalog/database.Coordination with Sales Operations and Enablement & Standardization Teams to develop best practices for management and use of MSAs.Coordination and communication with business units.Responding to internal questions/problems, etc.Assume administration of the OpenGov platform.Manage administration of the platform.Act as key POC for OpenGov relationship management.Respond to request for access/posting, etc.Other duties as assigned.What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required (a degree in facilities management, construction management, engineering, or other related field preferred).Three (3) to four (4) years' experience in architecture, engineering, construction or other professional services industry required.Proven leadership abilities and program/project management experience required.Advanced business writing and editing skills required.Demonstrable knowledge of finance and economics principles, with proven ability to analyze business performance from a cost, revenue, and margin perspective required.Highly proficient with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required.Excellent knowledge of Excel functions and data analysis preferred.Experience providing business support in a large organization or multi-office environment strongly preferred.PeopleFirst BenefitsWhen it comes to the basics, we have you covered:Competitive pay401(k) with employer match and profit-sharing planPaid time off and holidaysComprehensive medical, prescription, dental, and vision with low or zero deductible options and low out of pocket maximumsPeople come first at McKinstry, and we go beyond the basic benefits with:Family formation benefits, including adoption and IVF assistance.Up to 16 weeks paid parental leave.Transgender inclusive benefitsCommuter benefitsPet insurance"Building Good" paid community service time.Learning and advancement opportunities via McKinstry University.McKinstry Moves onsite gyms or reimbursement for remote workers.See benefit plan documents for complete details.If you're driven by our vision to build a thriving planet together, McKinstry is the place to build your career.The pay range for this position is $72,090 - $119,300 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location.
