Management Analyst

Job Duties: Develop business or financial information systems. Discuss business strategies, practices, or policies with managers. Create and maintain application overview document (AOD). Perform test case execution, defect reporting and support customer’s transaction and compliance environments. Create detailed user manual for end user of the existing client. Create test data for UAT & preproduction environment.Will conduct demo session for end users for the new added features of the product. Develop business or financial information systems. Discuss business strategies, practices, or policies with managers. Analyze business or financial data. Gather organizational performance information. Create details specifications for deployment migration. Maintain a product release history and update product offering document. Document existing and new process flows and Possible Transaction Errors & resolutions for new products. Involve in test improvement activities contributing to lessons learned, creating quality check lists for repeated testing tasks, tracking/sharing/testing resource, test effort and defect metrics. Work with other teams/people, get trained on new domains & Technology and provide Knowledge Transfer sessions to colleagues. Understand Implementation guides and if required create Implementation guide for the new business requirement for reference data. Review the Unit Testing and Systems testing plans and review them with the business stakeholders. Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes of forms and reports. Prepare manuals and train employees in use of reports. Job Requirements: The position requires Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance or Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology, or related field. Requires 5 years of experience in job offered, IT Analyst, Data/Management Analyst, Business Analyst, or related field. Required experience must include experience in Java 8 / Spring 4 / Oracle 11g / ORM tool / Struts, J2EE, XML, JSON, Windows and Linux..
