Production Associate: Freeport, Illinois
Our customer in Freeport, Illinois, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re hiring Production Associates to work full-time on 2nd shift. As a Production Associate, you will play an important role in supporting safe, efficient, and high-quality food manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities of the Production Associate:
- Operate and monitor production equipment during daily manufacturing activities.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
- Follow all detailed instructions, safety rules, and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the production shift.
- Lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs. as needed.
- Support additional sanitation work during the active production shift.
Production Associate Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
- Good time-management and reliability.
- Previous food industry experience preferred.
- Familiarity with GMP protocols preferred.
Pay for Production Associate: $19/hour + $2 shift differential = $21/hour.
