TOTE Resources LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join our Jacksonville, FL team. You will prepare, review, and submit government contract invoices while ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and DFARS guidelines. You will act as the liaison between Operations, Accounting, Purchasing, and government customers to support accurate billing and timely cash flow.
