Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client mental health needs and create effective treatment plans specific to each individual’s circumstances.

• Provide both telehealth and in-person behavioral health services to individuals and groups, ensuring accessibility and maintaining therapeutic rapport.

• Thoroughly document client services and sessions in our EHR system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, while keeping detailed progress notes and treatment summaries.

• Deliver services with a culturally competent approach, respecting and acknowledging clients' diverse backgrounds, identities, and values in every interaction.

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with healthcare colleagues and support staff to facilitate comprehensive client care.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, offering immediate support and connecting clients to appropriate resources within the community.

• Stay informed of the latest research and developments in mental health practices and therapeutic methodologies to continuously improve client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals at various stages of life grappling with a range of mental health issues. This includes clients facing chronic illness, grief, anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges related to their healthcare experiences. The ability to work sensitively and effectively with clients from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds is essential in providing them with the support and resources they need.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• An active, unrestricted LCSW license to practice in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
