Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to determine patient needs, challenges, and treatment goals, utilizing standardized assessment tools and individualized interviews.

• Provide psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families, employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based interventions that cater specifically to the needs of hospice patients and their families.

• Create and manage personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, continuously monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure treatment efficacy.

• Engage with patients regularly to maintain trust and a strong therapeutic relationship, assisting them in navigating the emotional complexities related to end-of-life issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
