Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM



Pay: $23.00 to $25.00. DOE

Position Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Account Specialist to support key business accounts and partner closely with the sales team. This role is focused on building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, processing orders, managing account information, and ensuring a high level of service for established business customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting B2B customers, handling ongoing account relationships, and managing customer needs throughout the entire account lifecycle. This is not a call center environment and is best suited for someone who has supported business accounts rather than one-time consumer transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with assigned business accounts
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Track orders, shipments, and delivery schedules
• Communicate pricing, product availability, and order updates
• Maintain customer records within CRM and ERP systems
• Process account updates, changes, and customer requests
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
• Handle returns and customer issues through resolution
• Prepare professional email correspondence and documentation
• Monitor customer forecasts and follow up on account activity
• Support the sales team with account management and administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account history

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service, account management, sales support, or customer account coordination experience
• Experience supporting business-to-business (B2B) customers required
• Strong order processing experience
• Experience working with CRM and ERP systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Professional phone presence and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
