Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, treatment needs, and personal goals.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies incorporating various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Monitor clients' progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans based on efficacy and client feedback to optimize recovery pathways.

• Provide therapeutic counseling services to diverse client groups, including individuals, couples, families, and specialized groups.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and state regulations.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
