We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Marketing & Business Development Manager to expand our market presence, strengthen business relationships, increase qualified leads, and drive sustainable growth across both businesses. This is a hands-on role combining digital marketing, CRM management, business development, and sales. The successful candidate will be comfortable developing strategies and executing them independently. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Generate qualified leads and improve patient appointment conversions. Manage advertising budgets, campaign performance, and marketing return on investment. Coordinate social media marketing, educational content, and promotional initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to optimize landing pages, advertising creatives, and lead-generation funnels. CRM & Marketing Automation Manage GoHighLevel CRM, including lead pipelines, contact management, automated workflows, and follow-up campaigns. Monitor lead response times, appointment scheduling, conversion rates, and campaign attribution. Maintain accurate CRM data, performance dashboards, and reports. Identify opportunities to improve marketing automation and sales efficiency. Coordinate technical improvements with external developers and contractors when necessary. Business Development & Sales Identify new business opportunities for ExerciseNow Health and the ExerciseNow digital platform. Develop relationships with medical practices, healthcare organizations, employers, fitness centers, and community partners. Conduct prospect outreach, schedule meetings, and coordinate or deliver software demonstrations. Manage the B2B sales pipeline from prospect identification through contract execution. Support strategic partnerships, community outreach, and business expansion. Represent ExerciseNow at approved networking events, conferences, and professional meetings. Performance & Growth Establish and track measurable marketing and business development objectives. Monitor lead quality, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and sales pipeline performance. Provide regular reports and recommendations to executive leadership. Implement data-driven improvements to increase marketing effectiveness and business growth. Ensure marketing, patient communications, and business development activities comply with applicable healthcare privacy, advertising, and referral regulations. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, business development, sales, or a related field. Demonstrated experience managing digital advertising campaigns and generating qualified leads. Working knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation, sales funnels, and conversion tracking. Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements. Excellent organizational skills, initiative, and ability to work independently. Comfortable balancing marketing execution with business development responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Experience using GoHighLevel. Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads. Background in healthcare marketing, medical practice growth, SaaS, or digital health technology. Experience in B2B sales, strategic partnerships, and product demonstrations. Familiarity with Google Analytics and digital marketing performance reporting. Spanish proficiency. Compensation & Growth Opportunities Base salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience. Performance-based bonus opportunities tied to defined business objectives. Additional commissions for eligible ExerciseNow software sales under a written compensation plan. Direct collaboration with executive leadership.
