Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders
• Daily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress
• Create preliminary estimate using estimating software
• Review and validate job site documentation
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end
• Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed

Position Requirements

• High school diploma/GED (preferred)
• At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience
• Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
• Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

This is a role that requires communication skills for anything related to textiles after a water, fire, mold loss that takes care of the customer laundry needs. Inventory, processing as well as some marketing as we are looking to expand our laundry services. This is a full time position. This is not a remote job you will work directly with customers at their business or home determining the ability to clean textiles after experiencing a water, fire or mold loss as well as processing these items at our facility.
