Responsibilities Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination. Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence‑based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle. Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain. Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation. Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice) Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care CPR and first aid certification required Preferred: 1+ years of experience as a licensed physical therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting Open to new graduates with extensive orthopedic outpatient experience gained during clinical fieldwork Experience with outpatient orthopedic physical therapy treatment Compensation: $85K - $112K+ inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional earning potential for clinicians interested in a higher-volume caseload model , plus additional compensation opportunities for certifications.
